Fully Custom Wedding

INVITATIONS

Your love story is one-of-a-kind, why shouldn’t your stationery be one-of-a-kind too? We are able to work closely with 6-8 couples for our custom design process each year. We accept a limited number of fully custom wedding stationery clients to ensure the highest level of customer service and attention to every detail. Please contact us at least 8 to 10 months in advance of your wedding date to qualify for our custom process.

Here’s how it works:

INQUIRE

Please fill out the inquiry form to collect your desired items and customizations for your invitations.

We will send a proposal that features your estimated delivery date, mood board based on your wedding aesthetic, and a breakdown of all costs. If all looks good, you can sign the client agreement and submit your deposit. At that time you will be able to book a complimentary consultation to address any questions. Once the proposal is accepted and the 50% deposit is paid, your stationery is officially in our calendar!

II.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION

Let the fun begin! We’ll send you a wording/design questionnaire and once so we can get started on your designs. We will now work together to create a beautiful keepsake of your special day. During this stage there will be lots of paper colors, wax seal options, and embellishments to choose from.

Please note it usually takes between 8 to 10 weeks to land on a final custom design.

Once we receive approval on final proofs, we will start production of your suite right away! Please note that depending on the embellishments added and the type of printing method selected, production could take up to 4-6 weeks.

What is included with all L&P fully custom invitations?

  • Main invitation card, RSVP card, and a details insert card.

  • Main invitation envelope and RSVP envelope with complimentary digitally printed guest + return addressing on main envelope and the couple’s address on the RSVP envelope.

  • Complimentary mood board along with proposal.

  • Complimentary consultation upon receiving proposal to answer any questions.

  • High-resolution digital mockups to review and provide feedback.

  • Couple keepsake suite + Photographer Suite.

  • Option to add-on embellishments from our Customization Guide.

III.

DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY

Once production is finalized, L&P offers complimentary assembly and mailing services to all custom clients.

We will stuff and send you your invitations to your guest - you just sit back, relax, and let us take it from here!

We understand wedding needs are different and that each couple has a unique wedding vision, which is why we offer personalized quotes instead of set prices for set quantities. After you submit your request, we will create your quote based off of the preferences submitted within 2-4 business days.

  • It is never too early to inquire! We ideally suggesting inquiring 6-12 months out from your wedding day (depending on whether you’re interested in including a matching Save the Date).

    To avoid any rush fees and to be able to enjoy the process please allow up to 4 months for the design and production process.

  • Please note that not every guest gets an invitation. Accounting for families and couples, invitation count is usually around 70% of the final guest count. In addition, it is recommended to add 15% extra invitations for any last minute additions to your guest list. This allows you and your family to have a copy as a keepsake and have extra suites for your photographer to use for details flatlays.

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide the design digital files for our projects.

  • Due to the collaborative nature of a custom heirloom, you get unlimited proofs!
