Whether you are getting married in a downtown Manhattan ballroom or a beautiful Napa vineyard, our collection of semi-custom suites offers various designs that will fit your wedding’s aesthetic and can be transformed into beautifully personalized wedding invitations. Each suite is completely customizable in color, wording, and embellishments. Want to add a white ink printed vellum jacket?  We can do it. Want to add a custom wax seal? You got it! Totally in love with the look of a romantic silk ribbon twine to finish off your suite? We can do that too. 

Here’s how it works:

INQUIRE

Please fill out the inquiry form to collect your desired items and customizations for your invitations.

We will send a personalized quote based on your form within 1-3 business days. At that time you will be able to book a complimentary consultation to address any questions. Once the proposal is accepted and the 50% deposit is paid, your stationery is officially in our calendar!

II.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION

We’ll send you a wording/design questionnaire and once so we can get started on your designs. You will receive your life-like proof within 7-10 days, which will display all the details of your suite. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the design process to allow for multiple revision rounds.

Once we receive approval on final proofs, we will start production of your suite right away! Please note that depending on the embellishments added and the type of printing method selected, production could take up to 4-6 weeks.

What is included with all L&P semi-custom invitations?

  • Main invitation card, RSVP card, and a details insert card.

  • Main invitation envelope and RSVP envelope with complimentary digitally printed guest + return addressing on main envelope and the couple’s address on the RSVP envelope.

  • Complimentary consultation upon receiving proposal to answer any questions.

  • Color customization of all elements in the suite to match your color palette.

  • High-resolution digital mockups to review and provide feedback.

  • Couple keepsake suite + Photographer Suite.

  • Option to add-on embellishments from our Customization Guide.

III.

DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY

Once production is finalized, L&P offers assembly and mailing services that you can add-on.

If purchased, we will stuff and send out your invitations to your guests for you.* If you choose to assemble them yourself, don’t worry! You will receive your pieces along with an assembly and mailing guide to help you out during this process.

Can I change font designs?

Yes and no. We worked hard on sourcing typography that is legible, romantic and that compliments the feel of the suite. For this, we don’t allow font changes for descriptions and details on our semi-custom suites. However, we understand preferences with calligraphy vs. regular typography, which is why only the couples’ names have the following three options:

We understand wedding needs are different and that each couple has a unique wedding vision, which is why we offer personalized quotes instead of set prices for set quantities. After you submit your request, we will create your quote based off of the preferences submitted within 1-3 business days.

  • It is never too early to inquire! We ideally suggesting inquiring 6-12 months out from your wedding day (depending on whether you’re interested in including a matching Save the Date).

    To avoid any rush fees and to be able to enjoy the process please allow up to 4 months for the design and production process.

  • Please note that not every guest gets an invitation. Accounting for families and couples, invitation count is usually around 70% of the final guest count. In addition, it is recommended to add 15% extra invitations for any last minute additions to your guest list. This allows you and your family to have a copy as a keepsake and have extra suites for your photographer to use for details flatlays.

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide the design digital files for our projects.

  • After your first proof is sent out, you are allowed 3 additional rounds of revisions. Any extra revision rounds past the three included, will incur a charge of $50 per revision.

  • It depends! If it is something as easy as “can I substitute the font from X suite, with the font from Y suite?” we can most likely make the change. However, these are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

  • We do not have a set roster of options available - however - to provide some guidance, we do have listed in our Semi-Custom Handbook some of the ink and envelope/cardstock colors we most frequently work with.

    There are thousands of options available and we pride on keeping the options open for our couples to choose from!

  • Yes! Our minimum quantity for semi-custom invitations is 50 invitations.
